Please complete the steps below in-order to participate in the Commencement Ceremony:
1. You MUST submit a Petition for Degree Conferral Form (if you have not done so already). Every degree candidate is REQUIRED to file a petition with the Registrar's Office. Once the form is complete and submitted, you will receive an e-mail to your PO student email account indicating the form has been received. This will start the process for a Program Degree Audit based on your records. Fill out the form HERE.
***ATTENTION SUMMER 2024 GRADUATES ONLY: IF YOU ARE GRADUATING SUMMER 2024 (WALKING SHORT), YOU
WILL NEED TO ALSO SUBMIT A GENERAL PETITION.*** FILL OUT THE FORM: HERE.
2. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER (RSVP) for the Commencement Ceremony.

*Ticketing Information to follow after the Commencement RSVP closes on March 31st.
3. Purchase your Regalia (Cap/Gown/Hood). All participants are required to purchase their own regalia (cap/gown/hood). Deadline to order is March 31, 2024. To select and purchase your regalia through Jostens, please click HERE.
*Jostens virtual and in-person sessions information to follow.
4. SASHES (Optional): To purchase a sash/stole click HERE.
Please Note: A sash/stole may not be available for all degree programs. You'll need to contact the program manager for your degree for more information.
5. ATTEND both Commencement 101 & 102 Sessions for more information.
