Community Calendar

Global Engagement is delighted to announce multiple virtual events during this year’s International Education Week, happening November 13– November 17, 2023. Please see the attached flyer for more information and where to register. We would like to have the flyer included in the Pacific Oaks College Community Calendar, if possible. I know it’s very short notice, so anything that can be done would be greatly appreciated. In honor of International Education Week 2023, we kick off the week with a special Study Abroad panel featuring The Community Solution Study Abroad alumni, faculty, and our International Liaison Officers in South Africa, Germany and Canada. Tuesday features current students from India and Pakistan on how to build your professional network as an international student. On Wednesday, we will learn about the incredible International Psychology program at The Chicago School. Thursday will feature our final Education Beyond Borders Vancouver 2024 information session. Our week concludes on Friday, with key faculty and students from The Chicago School discussing their study abroad and international experiences. Throughout International Education Week, as a special treat for photography lovers, everyone is invited to submit your favorite photos you have taken from other countries. The photos will be voted on and the winner will receive a fun prize!
